State Library of New South Wales
The State Library of New South Wales is offering a 90 – minute tour of the Library including our new Exhibition Galleries in the Library’s historic Mitchell Wing. The tour will also include a private viewing of some of the rare and unusual bindings in the collection including the work of the Mitchell Bindery in the early 20th century and a medieval manuscript from c. 1320 which retains its original oak boards.
Our team will meet all registered guests at 2.15pm next to the magnificent Tasman Map on the floor of the Mitchell vestibule.

A unique opportunity to see some of the gems of the rare book collection at Sydney University. This tour will be led and introduced by Bind19 guest speaker, Julie Sommerfeldt. There will be a number of rare books on display with staff from the collection on hand to answer all of your questions.
Our team will meet all registered guests at 2.45pm in the foyer of Fisher Library.
